QUICK SNACK

You know the feeling when you actually aren't hungry but you just feel like eating something? Usually then you eat a lot of crap and unhealthy stuff. This is what I ate:
I ate muesli and added there dried fruit such as apple and plum. In other plate I have apples, banana, walnuts and raisins. It is super duper healthy! Life is full of choices, you could have picked like chocolate or toast full of  carbohydrates! And I am not saying that you should eat that kind of portion for dinner or anything, it is just if you aren't hungry, but you feel like eating something.
